What it does
What a person sees about what's new. Notices come from anywhere (a rule over a community's log, a mailbox, a public board); the engine shows each one once, only if it matches what the person follows, holds them during quiet hours or gathers them into a daily digest, and renders them discreetly by default. A push never carries content: the device makes its notices itself.
Discreet by default because a notice on a seized or inspected phone should say nothing about where, who or what.

link-room
A link room: a small encrypted log two communities share for one act (two families linking their trees, two clan chapters linking), with statements signed by each community's key, offer codes handed over in person, and the room's records in the shape @paramira/requirements evaluates.
one-time-mailbox
Mailboxes reachable only through a single-purpose key: anyone holding the mailbox's public key can leave a sealed, signed message; only the mailbox's holder can read it and reply. Messages are sealed from a throwaway key, so a carrier sees which mailbox got mail, never who sent it. Transport-agnostic: records go wherever you put them.
