What it does
Adopting an agreement-type protocol means signing its exact clauses and version with your identity key. This package builds that payload, byte for byte the same in the app that signs and in the directory that verifies. Before it existed, isoko's client and the relay each kept a copy that only stayed in step by hand.
clausesHash(clauses, version) hashes the clause set; agreementPayload() adds the protocol, version, signer and time, in a fixed key order.
