What it does
Several identities on one device or origin (docs/plans/identity-personas.md). It keeps a small registry of the identities here (public data only: DID, label, colour) and which one is current, and scopes storage names by it: the first identity keeps the names it always had, and each other gets its own (iwacu-tree@<scope>, <key>@<scope>, iwacu@<scope>.db).
An identity's own key lives in its own scoped storage, never in the registry. Switching identity sets the current scope and the apps reload, so nothing in memory crosses over. It also covers personas (one identity per community) and their backups.
MIT.

inquiry-board
The public board inzira communities share (docs/plans/inzira.md, Parts 4d–4f): anonymous inquiries pinned to places with proof-of-work, communities' signed rosters of reviewer keys, hosting, watched regions, update notices, public publications and withdrawals, peer boards chosen by the hosting communities, and pull replication between boards. Every record verifies on its own.
