Clans as communities of family communities: admission, motions and per-family votes, policy, and linking chapters of the same clan through vouches and signed accepts.
community-identity
A community's own did:iwacu identity: keypair creation with a founder proof, the community key sealed to each custodian inside the community's event log, custodian add/remove rules, and signing as the community.
