What it does

A personal, encrypted inbox shared by one identity's own devices (docs/plans/app-roles.md, Phase 3.5). The phone drops captures in it (photos, voice recordings, coarse place pins, notes, quick "add a person" stubs); the desktop lists them and files each into the family tree. Nothing reaches the family until it's filed.

The inbox's cell is derived from the identity's private key, so every linked device finds it without exchanging anything and nobody else, the relay included, can. Media is stored encrypted in the relay's blob store and re-uploaded under the family's key when filed. stripExif removes location and camera data from photos before anything is stored.
