What it does
Canonical signed payloads for small records the directory keeps: marketplace listings of communities and projects (shown on abantu's Discover page) and community role assignments.
The writer signs the exact content with their DID, and a timestamp that must increase per record stops an old signed copy from being replayed to undo a later edit. One copy of the payload logic is shared by the signer (abantu) and the verifier (services/directory).

Uses
did-e2e
Pairwise end-to-end encryption between two did:iwacu: identities — Ed25519-to-X25519 conversion, ECDH, HKDF, XChaCha20-Poly1305. A relay carrying the result sees only an opaque blob.
ecosystem-cli
List, start, stop, deploy, and health-check the paramira self-hosted services (directory, abantu-rooms, iwacu-rooms, isoko-market) — a thin, testable wrapper over each service's own docker-compose.yml — and scaffold new community apps.
